Schönen guten Abend!

Eine Freundin hat mich gebeten, für eine ihrer Freundinnen eine Geburtstagskarte zu machen - natürlich hab ich zugesagt. :)

Good evening!

A friend of mine asked me to make a birthday card for a friend of her - and of course I said yes. :)

 

Ich hab als Motiv den süßen Ruderbär von Lily of the Valley gewählt und in Sachen Deko konnte ich mich mal wieder so richtig austoben - die Blümchen und die große Halbperle sind von Wild Orchid Crafts, die Charms und der Pin von Whiff of Joy, die Halbperlen von T€di, die Spitze von NanuNana und die Sterne und Mini-Silberhalbperlen sind eigentlich Nagelschmuck. Die Papiere sind von My Mind's Eye und Teresa Collins und der Textstempel von stampin' up!.

I chose the sweet bobbing bear from Lily of the Valley and could run riot with decoration. The flowers and the big flatback pearl are from Wild Orchid Crafts, charms and pin are from Whiff of Joy, the flatback pearls from T€di, lace from NanuNana and the metal decorations are meant to be nail art-decoration. The papers are from My Mind's Eye and Teresa Collins and the sentiment stamp is from stampin' up!.

Ich hatte viel Spaß dabei, diese Karte zu machen und bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden! :)

I had a lot of fun by making this card and am very pleased with the result! :)

Und weil mir die Coloration so gut gefällt gibt's davon auch noch ein close-up. :)

Benutzt hab ich - wie immer in letzter Zeit - Copics.

Wunderschönen guten Abend!

Heute hatte der Sohn einer Bekannten Geburtstag, er wurde 17 Jahre alt.

Natürlich musste da eine Karte her. :)

A warm hello!

My friend's son had his 17th birthday today - of course I had to make a card. :)

Der junge Mann ist ein absoluter Computerfreak, da fiel die Wahl sehr schnell auf das zuckersüsse Motiv von Lily of the Valley. Die Deko musste natürlich sehr schlicht gehalten werden, also hab ich neben den Papieren von Authentique nur einen Charm von WoJ und ein bisschen Band verwendet. Der Textstempel ist von stampin' up! und ein bisschen Glossy Accents und Stickles hab ich auch benutzt. :)

 The young man is a real computer freak so it wasn't hard to choose the cute motive from Lily of the Valley. The decoration had to be very simple so I only usede a charm from WoJ and some ribbon next to the paper from Authentique. The sentiment is from stampin' up! and I also used a bit of glossy accents and stickles. :)

Natürlich hab ich wieder die Copics verwendet, ich mag gar nichts anderes mehr benutzen. ;)

Mein Sohn feiert heute seinen zweiten Geburtstag - die Zeit vergeht sooo schnell! *seufz*

Natürlich gibt es neben Torte und Geschenken auch eine von mir gemachte Karte. ;)

Of course he doesn't only get a cake and presents but also a card made by me. ;)

Ich hab Stempel aus dem Frühjahrs-Stamp Kit von Whiff of Joy verwendet, den Piraten-Henry auf seiner Schatztruhe und den passenden Text - Papiere von Tim Holtz und Authentique, Charms von Whiff of Joy, Enamel Dots von My Mind's Eye, Wood Veneers von Studio Calico, Halbperlen, Lederband und ein Kalenderblatt ergänzen die Auswahl und ergeben zusammen diese Karte.

I used stamps from the Whiff of Joy spring-stamp kit, pirate henry on his treasure chest and a matching text - paper from Tim Holtz and Authentique, charms from Whiff of Joy, enamel dots from My Mind's Eye, wood veneers from Studio Calico, half beads, some leather tie and a calendar sheet complete my selection and result this card together.
 

Die Karte ist schon etwas älter als die am Sonntag gezeigte Challenge-Karte, das Motiv ist meine zweite Copic-Coloration.

This card is a little bit older than the challenge-card I showed last sunday, the motive is my second Copic coloring ever.
